Rates & Specialities

Rates

$290/50 minute session

My rate is thoughtfully calculated to maintain a sustainable income to support my family,

and reflects my experience, expertise, ongoing training & consultation.

If you're drawn to working together but my fee is outside of your financial accessibility,

I offer sliding scale slots on a case-by-case basis and invite you to reach out so we can

talk more.

Insurance

As with most speciality services, I operate outside of insurance networks or

Medicaid/Medi-Cal. If you are seeking reimbursement through your insurance provider,

a superbill/statement can be provided, upon request.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your

medical and mental health care will cost. For questions or more information about your

right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

In-Person and Telehealth

I currently offer in-person sessions. Telehealth, either offered over the phone or virtually,

is a convenient and easily accessible way to receive therapy. I offer Telehealth on a

case-by-case basis, being mindful of the potential limitations that this form of therapy can

have on a person's desired outcomes. An initial consultation will allow us to discuss

whether Telehealth fits for the work we're planning to do together.

Specialties

I'm skilled at working with adolescents and adults who can be experiencing a range of

distress, including but not limited to, various forms of anxiety, depression, academic

under/overachievement, life transitions, trauma, feeling "stuck", and

relationship challenges.

Adolescents 15+

Adolescence is a transitional time in life, one that is usually encompassed by figuring out one's values & priorities, navigating relationship dynamics, emotional confusion, and academic stressors. My ability to blend skill-based intervention and deeper processing has equipped me to be an effective support during a difficult time. Though I typically work with teens individually, I often invite "check-ins" or coordinate joint sessions with caregivers to facilitate communication or address dynamics in the family that may benefit from being attended to.

Young Adults

Coming into adulthood presents a process of identity discovering, relational challenges, and deciphering what it means to be your 'authentic' self. You may be negotiating a path of your own from one that has been set by others, or struggling to figure out what exactly your path is. Allow me to support you in navigating this point of tension in

your life and help you get more in-tune with who it is you want to be.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching is a type of support that helps caregivers traverse the unpredictability of raising a child, whether that be a teenager who has difficulty following the rules, or a young adult struggling to emerge into their own. Different from individual or couples psychotherapy, parent coaching is a skills-based approach to help you enact change on a behavioral level. My depth of experience in behavioral therapies within the family context has enabled me to provide caregivers with the tools they need to create a more collaborative family system and improve parent-child relationships.
