Life Transitions

When we experience a life transition or enter a new phase of life

(welcomed or not), it can feel like a disruption to everything we've come to understand about ourselves and the world around us; it asks us to recalibrate what we've felt certain of, or comfortable with, for so long.

"Life Transitions" is an umbrella term that can encompass any of the following and more:

  • Considering a career change or navigating job loss

  • Relocating to a new home or city

  • Entering a new stage of life (e.g., starting college)

  • Navigating a new or lost relationship

  • Starting a new position and experiencing "imposter syndrome"

Therapy provides a space for you to deeply reflect on how your life changes, recent or past, are impacting you.
