My Approach
My approach is relational in nature and guided by an existential-humanistic framework.
I believe the most powerful therapy happens when we're able to bring attention to what's showing up in the room. This means getting in touch with emotions in the moment as you discuss your experience.

Our time will be spent bringing focus to your inner experience, slowing down and giving you space to really understand yourself. As you become more aware of patterns that interfere with your ability to express yourself, honor your needs, or develop meaningful relationships, you'll likely notice new pathways that will allow you to feel more alive and achieve greater self-esteem.

Reflection on your relationships and your sense of connection with others is a foundational component to my approach. You can expect me to bring awareness to our way of relating during our time together. This here-and-now element allows us to gently explore internal experiences and relational dynamics, similar to those you may see in your outside relationships, while being in the safety of our therapeutic space.
