My Approach

Balcony With Plants

I work through an Existential-Humanistic lens, a process-oriented approach emphasizing self-reflection, insight building, and personal growth through self-awareness.

An E-H approach emphasizes personal responsibility and choice, aiming to help you feel more connected to yourself and others while living in a way that feels meaningful and purposeful to you.

Our time will be spent bringing focus to your inner experience (e.g., thoughts, feelings) and illuminating unrecognized protective patterns that may be getting in the way of a satisfying life.

Awareness of these protections can lead to a greater sense of agency in shaping your life, and empower you to make lasting change.

Community Gardening Effort

Not only will you explore your inner world, but we’ll also make space to reflect on your relationships and your sense of connection with others. Our work together may include gently noticing how protective patterns show up between us, helping to bring awareness to anything that might be getting in the way of more open, fulfilling relationships.

If the highlights of my approach sound of interest to you, I invite you to schedule a free consultation to chat more about our potential to work together.
